What we collect

• The name, email address, phone number, and property address you enter on the estimate form.
• Any photos of your property that you choose to upload for an estimate.
• Basic, non-identifying page-visit counts used to see which pages are working.

What we use it for

• To prepare and send you an estimate.
• To schedule, perform, and follow up on work you book.
• To send you a receipt or an invoice for work completed.

What we never do

Black Water does not sell, rent, or trade your information, and does not share it with advertisers or lead brokers.

Text messages (SMS consent)

If you give us a mobile number, you agree that Black Water may text you about your estimate, your appointment, and your invoice. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving texts, and HELP for help. Consent to receive texts is not a condition of purchase.

Keeping and deleting your data

Job and estimate photos are kept for 365 days from the day they are taken or uploaded, then deleted automatically — the pictures and the records that point at them together. If you ask us to delete your customer record, the photos attached to it are deleted at the same time. Job, invoice and payment records are kept as our business and tax record. Ask us at any time to see what we hold about you, correct it, or delete it, and we will.
